Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS)

We are pleased to confirm that we have received the bronze award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS).

This award shows our commitment and statement of intent to support defence personnel. 

Henry Anderson, served an 18-year career in the British Army, being deployed to some of the world's toughest environments. He held senior positions in strategy, and is passionate about mentoring and helping other ex-service personnel navigate their new lives.

The ERS recognises commitment and support from UK employers for defence personnel. The scheme comprises bronze, silver and gold awards for employers who support those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families.
